I received reminder prior check-in date suggesting me to go to which exit when carrying luggage. Just the room is a bit small, even for one person. But the location is really good. Although it is close to the station, the noise was acceptable to me. If you are sensitive to any sound, you may need to look for another choice.

Had a fantastic stay. Was able to check in a bit early, room was great and clean. It was cozy for the two of us plus packing 3 large suitcases. The staff was very helpful helping us send our luggage’s off to the airport. The area was close to everything including a small local grocery store which had a lot of things we were looking for. Overall very happy with our stay and can’t wait to visit again in 2 weeks.

Clean and tidy as other APA Hotel next to Nippori Station just less than 10 mins walk Nippori Station had Skyliner to NRT airport fast and can go to other shopping an tour area easily.

I am a short, slim, fit person. I really don't need a lot of room. And you won't get any of that at this hotel. You're supposed to be able to store your luggage under the bed. But you can't. You're supposed to be able to change the temperature in your room. But you can't, this hotel ensures that your room will always be hot enough to bake bread. The bathroom has enough room for a tube of toothpaste, past that you're screwed. It would not surprise me if capsule hotels have more space. The staff are great, the room cleaning is fine. It's clean. Not far from ueno. In fact the walk there is quite excellent. But honestly, in a room that will barely fit your suitcase, what's the point?

Really good location over all. Very clean and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The area around the hotel had a lot of food options and convenience stores. The only issue that we experienced was the Wi-Fi in our room was very slow and the TV did not respond properly. Other than that would recommend for the great area.
