"This is my second time returning to Nikko Saigon Hotel. I really enjoyed the service from the staff. They were very welcoming, cheerful, and enthusiastic. I especially liked the housekeeping staff; their training was very meticulous, paying attention to even the smallest details. I often get my hair done and charge my phone, so my belongings were scattered all over the table, but the staff neatly arranged and coiled the cords. The breakfast buffet had a generous amount of food, and I was very satisfied with the staff. Although there were both new and old staff, one male staff member, either Dien or Diem (I don't remember exactly), recognized me from last year's Nikko Saigon Hotel and remembered that I liked my Vietnamese iced black coffee without sugar.
