"Front staff were great. Gave us a local. Lots of shopping etc near by. We were waiting to find out about getting an Uber to the cruise port and valet workers told us that Uber us hard to get. Suggested using their taxi service which was quicker (5 cruise ships docked) and actually cheaper. Would definitely stay there again"

"We stayed here for one night. The room was lovely and clean, food was great and the staff were friendly & helpful. Location wise it’s perfect for the cruise terminal. The only thing that lets this tavern down is the noise. We stayed on a Friday, we were kept awake with the beat of music late at night by a neighbouring pub. Overall a nice tavern that I wish we could stay at again, but the risk of noise and a busy outside party street would put us off staying again."

"The staff was terrific, from check-in to getting a taxi to the cruise ship. This hotel is quite old but comfortable. For example, the elevator could hold only two people with their luggage. The doors of the elevator were manual, meaning you had to slide the external door and the internal door to close them, which we found easy to do. The breakfast was buffet style, a full English breakfast and a selection of cereals."
