Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, laundry on site, and excellent food on offer! When I had questions about something in the area, or when I needed anything at all, the staff were happy to listen and help to the best of their ability. I couldn't have asked for anything more during my stay!

This is a sweet little hotel with a big heart. If I could give the staff 6 stars, I would. They are so upbeat and friendly - the best I experienced in my trip to southern japan. The hotel is close to the wharf if you are traveling to other islands, and it is about a 6 block or 5 minute walk (without suitcases) from the monorail station - the sidewalks are decent if you are rolling your suitcase but not exactly the easiest thing to do from what I saw so you might want to keep that in mind if you go that route. The room was a bit smaller than what I expected but we made due. I loved the pajamas that came with the room. I wish I had them at home! The water pressure and AC were excellent. The restaurant is Mexican style food. We had one breakfast and one lunch there. The food was really good, expecially the lunch tacos! Except for the room size I would give this hotel a 5 star rating.

Very friendly staff, welcome drink and nice atmosphere during the happy hour where free beer was provided together with some table games. The room was small but nice enough for the price. Breakfast was tasty and the common area around the lobby is cozy and colorful and makes you want to hangout there.

飯店靠近美榮橋電車站, 機場過來15分鐘車程. 飯店的早午餐很有特色, 時間7~14點是現點現做的餐, 不是一般那種制式的早餐. 房間幹淨舒適, 飯店工作人員很有禮貌. Brunch is very special, from 7 to 14 o'clock, cook on your choice, menu offer 4 choices. Room is nice, quiet clean, staff are very nice. Hotel near monorail staion Miebashi station, 6 minutes on foot, it takes 15 minutes from the Naha airport to the monorail station.

Hotel Estinate is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in Japan. Staff were kind and amazing, they go above and beyond to give their guests the best experience. The free breakfast although limited choices is pretty good too, it adds amazing value to the stay. Thank you again Aki, Ryuji, and Natsu, we can’t wait to be back again!

Great stay with a comfy bed

The most comfortable stay in Japan to the point of this stay. The bed was comfortable and not rock hard like other hotels. The breakfast was reasonably priced and welcome switch from the local options which are a bit exotic for me :) The staff also spoke better English than other hotels. I really enjoyed my stay. Thanks!

This property went above and beyond with their service! i lost my luggage on the bus and they did everything possible to get in contact with the bus company and help me get it back. Rooms were clean , great location as there’s the ferry terminal 7 minute walk and a shopping strip about 15 minute walk. Breakfast was also the best i’ve had in my stay in Japan ! would recommend.

Nice location coz the Miebashi station is like 5-6 minutes' walk. The hotel is awesome, and the system is quite unique coz you use your phone to order what rental items and amenities you want even room service. The common area serves free beer, and the food is amazing!! The staff was friendly too. Will be back again.

Such a great stay

I really enjoyed statying at this hotel. It was such a nice friendly vibe, especially great as I have been solo travelling and felt extremely safe here. The food in their restaurant was really good and had vegetarian options. The desserts were amazing too and I really enjoyed sitting with my book and enjoying the free beer hour. The room was comfortable and clean and they had a lot of amenities that you could use and rent out from the main desk. The laundry facilities were easy to use too. Also easy to get to and from the airport as the monorail stop was about a 10min walk away. Overall, I would recommend for anyone staying in Naha.

The room was perfect for me since I was a solo traveler. They truly respect privacy more than anything, they won’t go into your room unless you order a room clean up. The staff are all wonderful people, with excellent service. I feel bad that I made it complicated on the staff since I know very little Japanese. Thankfully we were able to work around that, one way or another. The breakfast is done by order, so it does take a few minutes to receive it. I actually really like that because it’s fresh and hot. I only dinned at the hotel once, I ordered some tacos.. I must say as a Mexican I really enjoyed the tacos they were delicious even if they weren't spicy. They also have this happy hour, for 1 hour it’s all you can drink booze!! How awesome is that. Overall I would definitely be staying here if I ever come back to Okinawa.
