"Excellent hôtel, calme et propre, Grande chambre bien équipée.Le SPA et la piscine sont très biens. Le petit déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Le plus: tout le personnel est accueillant et serviable. Nous y retournerons pour notre prochain séjour à Lyon."

"Rooms very clean, does have an elevator, they have prepaid parking you can reserve ahead of time. Otherwise very difficult to find parking on the street, beautiful view from hotel patio over the city"

"Great location. Lots of restaurants and Boulanger nearby. Easy to metro, but walkable to Les Halles Paul Bocuse and other sites. The cold still and sparkling water in the lobby is a nice touch A negative is the oddly configured bathroom, at least ours was, and the lack of espresso machine in the room"

"Excellent hotel with character and conveniently located. Extremely comfortable."

"Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs."

"Excelente hotel"

"OMG - this property was incredible! The room was beyond beautiful, the staff were incredibly helpful, and the views were stunning!! I wish we had stayed longer!"

"Très bien situé au coeur de la ville."

"部屋の天井にクモの巣が２ヶ所あったのが残念。 バスタブには髪の毛、インスタントコーヒーは使った後の空の袋が一緒にセットされていた。 部屋や朝食は目を見張るほど素敵だった。"

"A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Lyon! I absolutely loved my stay at the Phoenix Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. They truly made my stay special. The location is fantastic! Within walking distance of Vieux Lyon, Saint-Jean-Baptiste Cathedral, Notre-Dame de Fourvière, and so many wonderful restaurants and charming coffee shops. The neighbourhood feels very safe, and with easy access to trains and buses, exploring Lyon...

"It's beyond my expectation staying in the hotel that used to be the house which was built in the Renaissance period and it's still very classic charming. Cour des Loges is so impressive with its property's uniqueness and its hospitality. It felt like we stepped back in to the glorious of the past. The room's ambience is romantic and sensual. The breakfast is good. And if you have some budget, dinner at the restaurant would be one of your splendid memory. It's not only because of the delicious...

"Bien situé, tranquille. Super bon services et conseils. Le salon accessible au rez-de-chaussée est très agréable."

"Excellent location for transports, available parking. So welcoming, and helpful staff. We will come back"

"We enjoyed everything about this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was great."

"In general we loved the funkiness of this hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean and the breakfast was amazing! Although we appreciated having the parking directly connected to the hotel, it was very difficult to drive out of it as well as park in the extremely narrow spots. Otherwise everything was fabulous"

"Gret location. Friendly staff. They spoke English. Bar right when u walked in. Room was huge. Fridge, ac. Quiet. Only negative was our view. Right into other rooms. But besides that. Excellent stay. Highly recommend."
