Clean room, great staff. The only issue is our room was a different part of the building and required me to carry the suitcases across the stairs.

Our main criticism is that hotel guests must with considerable difficulty drag their luggage up fairly steep stairs to enter the building and its lobby with no hotel staff to assist them. Also, our room no. 111 was located such that we had to negotiate another group of about 6-8 stairs to get to the room, an inconvenience when we first arrived at the room with our luggage and when we checked out, again with no staff to assist us.
