"Lovely hotel secluded on island away from city hustle and bustle. Great for relaxation. Great breakfast. Fab clean room. On check in the lady as lovely and helpful, however there onwards any reception or hotel staff were generally rude and unhelpful."

"Room cleanliness acceptable , but could do with renovation in near future, staff very good, amenities also vey good
Decent choice for breakfast, meals and wine prices on par with other European city breaks (expensive)
Spa we only used one of the pools and the single jacuzzi is big enough for 6 only
Would we return, possibly however be prepared for some walking or get the Budapest Go app and use the very good public transport system , we are both in our 60’s and managed fine"

"Eight nights in Longstay Apartment. Room was great - spacious and quiet! Kitchen had everything you could need including soap, dishwasher pods and salt/pepper (maybe a glass pan to use in the oven would be the one thing to add), 1.5 bathrooms, very comfortable bed, washer/dryer combo (with detergent pods provided), nice sitting area, excellent shower and separate bathtub, robes/slippers, soap, shampoo (no conditioner) and a lovely balcony overlooking the Danube. We ate on the balcony several...

"Check in was very busy on arrival but staff were efficient. Room was large but furniture quite tired and worn but bed was super comfy. Again bathroom tired and needing updated, shower curtain a no for me, prefer shower screen. Breakfast was always busy but staff would find you a table very quickly. Plenty of choice in both continental and cooked, although hot buffet was barely luke warm. Fresh omelettes made to order but be prepared for long wait as always busy. Hotel ideally situated with...

"Very nice hotel in an excellent location.
Very modern and well designed .Extremely quiet on a night. The rooms are very well sound proofed and the layout looks very stylish but also gives you more space away from your neighbours.
The staff are very pleasant friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms were kept very clean and well stocked. Very nice coffee and teas in the rooms and waters.
Very good shower and plenty of storage space in the room.
Didn't eat as often as intended in the hotel. But...
