Staff were efficient. We had a problem with our bed and got it fixed within minutes. The rooms are very clean, with all the necessary accessories, and a great breakfast buffet with lots of tables, replenished frequently. The staff at reception were polite and friendly.

I think the room category was (cozy” so on the smallish side, but perfectly adequate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower/bathroom clean and reasonably sized. VERY convenient to the Opera House, St. Stephen’s Basilica, metro. Only stayed one night , but would do it again.

The best location you could imagine. walking distance to almost everything. Street parking was free during weekend and quite cheap during working days.th breakfast was basic but good enough.

Dated / old school vibes hotel but it was all very clean. Gym is quite small with two treadmills and basic weights and the spa seemed nice but I didn't use it. Super central location next door to the Opera. Didn't realize that the AC only worked when the balcony door was closed, so just be aware.

The location is excellent, right next to the opera house. We were able to enjoy the opera on our last evening there. The hotel itself is a bit run down and the amenities they provide are old. The TV is not a smart TV, could not mirror my phone. The towels were old; when they provided new towels, couldn’t really tell if they were new or if they just folded the old ones I left on the floor. The breakfast was good. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
