"I was extremely disappointed with this stay, especially for a Hyatt property and the price paid.
I arrived at 5 PM, even though check-in was at 3 PM, and my room was still not ready. Once I got into the room, there was a terrible odor throughout the unit. I contacted the front desk and was told I could move rooms. Before moving all of my belongings and my children, I specifically asked if the new room was the same one-bedroom layout I had paid for and told yes.
After moving everything...

"Parking was a bit of a hassle. It’s a paid lot onsite but the room key would never work properly to let us in and out of the lot, so we were forced to pay by card to get out of the lot and then had to go have the front desk fix the charge that was automatically charged to the room per night. Other than that, it was a nice hotel, excellent location, perfect for a weekend stay"

"Not to sound picky but the sink didn ’t drain well, the shower faucet needed repaired, the screen door was off the track, the wi-fi was weak at times, and the tv would cut out and not work.
Other than that the place is Great!"

"Wonderful stay convenient shuttle to six flags. One night stay with great amenities like the pool/ jacuzzi open till 10pm. The breakfast was decent and had a lot of options. Rooms feel modern and the products smell amazing. The whole property is cute. Best mini vacay ever! Will def be back. "

"We enjoyed a lovely stay at the Lafayette Hotel and Spa.
The hotel and its grounds are truly lovely and their staff (shout out to Terrance at the front desk!) is amazing.
Their onsite restaurant, The Park Bistro and Bar”, is fantastic as well. The food was very well prepared and beautifully presented.
We look forward to returning to Lafayette Park Hotel on our next visit to the area.

"The staff are very friendly and responsive. They found my hat that I left in the outside patio area and return it to me. The breakfast is good. It is very close to Oracle park, so there are many families staying here for the game. If there are anything that can be done better, is that to thoroughly dust the furniture and night stand."

"We appreciated the quick grab breakfast options (hot breakfast options available for those with later flights) before hitting the shuttle to the airport. The shuttle runs frequently and takes less than five minutes door-to-door.
We were leaving our car and appreciated the gates well lit parking lot."

"The hotel is not the newest.. that being said the front desk staff were knowledgeable friendly, and thoughtful. The housekeeping staff obviously take pride in their work. The room was spotless with little fancy touches you find in 5 star hotels. The bed was really comfortable. The shuttle service is Lyft so the will take you exactly when and where you want to go and it's covered by the hotel. I wouldn't go there for a holiday but as a stay for the airport, totally recommend!"

"The hotel is very close to Amtrak station. The hotel is close to bus stops and a lot of shops. The hotel is old, but it is clean. The people works at front desk did look friendly.
