"Is a bit dated. Stayed on the 9th floor was told could only use one elevator to get up there. Between selected times (not known to guest) the elevator is used to take the hotels laundry down which does occupy a bit of time if you need to get going. The internet service isnt that great so ordering room service the card machine cant work so still will need to head downstairs to pay (room was fully paid already and no card was added to the system). "Great hotel, short walk to wembley. We had a road facing room, nice little balcony, hardly any noise from the road. Everything was clean. Tea selection in the room was really good. There is a £50 deposit which is taken on check in and returned the same day you check out. "
"I stayed here for one night with my dad ready for the guns and roses concert at Wembley Stadium! We were in a spacious twin room that was very clean, and had comfortable beds! My only gripe with the room was the squeaky floor boards that were present everywhere you walked within the room, as well as in the hallway leading to the room, although this was a little on the annoying side, it was completely liveable for the one night!

However the area is a bit of a letdown just due to people throwing fireworks and the level of noise but that can’t be helped by the owner and it’s not a reflection on them at all it’s just a shame as it’s such a lovely place to say in itself. "Not good but was manageable for 1 night…was only there for 1 night. Slow check-in. No toilet roll in room had to ask reception. Toilet blocked after one flush looked like days old feaces toilet clogged with the feaces remaining on the surface. Toilet water brown and extremely smelly. Reception informed they stated come and use the toilet at the reception when needed bearing in mind we were on the 5th floor. "The owner didn't have the keys after we'd been sent to the wrong apartment. Once inside it looked like someone had just moved out so we could stay there.
It wasn't the cleanest place to stay and for the price they charge per night I would certainly have expected a higher standard. "
