"My 2 nd time here .Mostly everything went well but there were some questions about the breakfast that was included but was not clarified earlier until I asked in detail (since the morning of the check out date no breakfast buffet was provided and we had to order not to exceed $US 50 per room ) so eventually we ended up not having to pay more."

"They could not offer a shuttle service to the ORD airport for a 6 AM flight ( needed 4 am shuttle) Lack of this service takes out one of the main purposes of staying at a hotel near the airport, I still had to burn $50 for Uber for a 6 minute ride. However, their long term parking is still reasonably priced and I will be using it in future trips"
