"The staff were nice. The hotel is cool and the rooms good. The bathroom floor wasn’t the cleanest and the plumbing is so noisy, and the floors thin and so you could hear people stomping around above you. It is also down a remote road which is very dark so doesn’t feel safe to be walking around solo. "

"This place was absolutely nasty. We arrived at 2pm and they checked us in and even gave us a key but did not assign us a room number because we were "too early". The downstairs lobby was very dirty and the front desk guy was not friendly at all. We came back a few hours later only to find hundreds of people getting off buses to check in. I was given a room on the 13th floor but the line for the elevator was huge, about 300 people were waiting to go up to their rooms. This also IS NOT a hotel but rather a hostel, probably for people on a very tight budget with zero expectations. The place was so horrible that I ended up returning my key and foregoing the whole stay to go to a different hotel. Now I'm in a fight with them so I can get a refund since I couldn't even go up to the room because of the elevator lines. The location isn't great either as it is very far from the city center. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
