"As a first time traveler overseas I felt immediately welcomed at Falkensteiner Hotel from the second I walked in the door. Petr at the front desk is a gem of a human being and helped me feel at ease as a guest in a brand new place. The room was beautiful, everything was clean and elegant, and all the staff I met at the desk and the Monkey Bar were absolutely amazing. "Friendly staff! Amazing hotel with a great lobby and bar. Comfortable room. Near a tram stop. Feels safe and was clean. Only thing I would improve is the toiletries since they don’t provide hair conditioner, shower caps and/or body cream and the options for shampoo, shower gel and hand soap seems the safe even though they are marked as different. "
