"The staff were lovely and accommodating always happy to help day or night. The room was clean, bins emptied daily and bed made as well as a fridge. Free games in lobby, free movies in the room, public transport tickets available in the Lobby with recommendations from staff. The hotel was a short 15 minute tram ride to centre, 35 minutes walk through the park to Prague Castle and gardens. The staff realised it was my birthday and left a cake in my room when I returned. Would definitely recommend...
"Rekommenderar! Väldigt fräscht! Smart möblerat. Smidig teknologi med till exempel nyckel-app. Kändes väldigt tryggt, även om det kan vara ruffigt i området i och med den närliggande bussterminalen.
Lite krångligt att förstå vad som kvarstod att göra på incheckningsskärmen innanför porten, när vi redan gjort incheckningen online, men det löste sig när vi väl såg skylten, som stod lite ”osynligt” bredvid. "
"Perfect location, and still not in the middle of everything. Walkable to all sightseeing and really enjoyed the area. Hotel itself is clean and has great service. Hotel room was super good and beds were amazing. Slept like a baby! Next visit to Prague will definitely be at this hotel! Recommend. "
"I cannot fault this hotel. The staff were always present, funny, helpful, and charming to talk to.
The facilities of those I visited, gym, lounge, and bar were fantastic. The room is perfect, the shower can make a bit of a puddle on the floor due to how it’s designed but with underfloor heating it’s not an issue. My bed, the room and bathroom were spotless. My only observation is that (although walkable) it’s abit of a travel to the city centre; however due to ease of bolt and Prague’s cheap...
