"Clean room, great friendly staff, nice air con and two smat tvs. Room was very comfortable"

"We spent nine nights at The St. Regis Bali with our two daughters and had a fantastic stay. The resort is beautiful, the accommodation was excellent, and the food and service were consistently outstanding. We had the Gourmet Pass, which included breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The staff were always happy to accommodate us and were particularly lovely with our children, taking time to chat with them and make them feel welcome. A special thank you to Didik, Karba, Edi, Amanda, Mulya, Emily,...

"Okay hotel nice breakfast selections!"

"The staff were polite and the shuttle service worked perfectly. However, this resort is much more suited to families than to couples seeking a quiet and relaxing stay. Loud children’s screams could be heard from early morning until late at night, including around the beach club area, which made it difficult to relax. The location is also relatively far from the main downtown areas, although the shuttle service was reliable and convenient. In addition, the air conditioning was difficult to...

"We loved it here! The staff are so friendly! We didn’t pass anyone without a smile and a greeting. The room was really comfortable- the air conditioning was so great- it was actually quiet so I could sleep with it on! A welcome change! The pool was clean. There is staff present everywhere- so if you need anything it’s easy to get it. Location is just a short stroll to lots of restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast at the hotel is amazing- one of the best I’ve seen! We highly recommend!"

"Our stay at the Laguna was excellent. The service was fantastic, all staff very helpful and ready to help you with your stay. Very welcoming and authentic. The room and property was presented in a very high standard. Food was delicious at all of the restaurants very well priced and of course great service. I recommend the laguna to all travellers, treat yourself you wont regret it."

"Excellent room and lovely clean hotel highly recommended"

"Uitstekend ontbijt in de Ayodya Lounge. Fijne ruime kamer. Mooi gelegen dichtbij het strand. Zeer vriendelijk personeel."
