Wonderful stay

Excellent stay , was upgraded to the Royal suite on my first night which was a wonderful surprise. Sevice from all staff was excellent. Special mention to the young lady who provided us with room service her attitude and service was exceptional.

We stayed in the penthouse, it was luxurious and spacious with a wonderful view! The staff were helpful and friendly and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. The spa was wonderful and the pool was a great place to relax and have fun, with an awesome ocean view. We loved our stay!

This hotel is an average one. I thought we are going to get an upgrade but did not. We arrive early at the hotel but waited for two hours to get our room as it is early to check in. The room they gave us is not what I expected. The hotel is quite old. I paid in Expedia a breakfast buffet but turned out it was ala carte. Aside from it is a beach front property nothing special in this hotel. Staff are friendly though

Peace and calm in Nusa Dua

After a hectic few days travelling was great to chill by the pool and beach. Great hotel with fab pool and swim up bar. Got upgraded to a huge oceanview suite.

Absolutely wonderful hotel - right on the beach.

What an amazing hotel! Loved it! Just the right size with staff very friendly and personal and loved that breakfast was a la Carte and not smorgasbord. Pool was big enough and lots of sun beds both facing pool and the beach. Room was large and outside bed on the balcony was a lovely added touch. Perfect hotel for families, couples and “oldies”. Close to shops and massages and right on the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay again for sure!

Comfortable and luxurious!

After being everywhere in Indonesia, only 4 and 5 stars hotels, we stayed in Sadara for 2 nights bcs we wanted to see Nusa Dua which became to be an expansive area. This hotel is really nice, mixed with the modern and classic style we felt comfortable and luxurious. We loved the pool area, the pool was fantastic, clean and big. The food and drinks were good too, I wished to have more gluten and lactose-free options, and a bit more European and Western food, but we were happy with spaghetti with meatballs, which was very tasty. There was a spa area which we thought was a bit too expansive, so we supported the local spa centres, which are much cheaper. We also used GITA transport which was really good option for transport to Airport (200K).
