"Lovely place. Close to main street, restaurants and attractions but quiet building. Shop on the ground floor. Beautiful view, albeit a bit chilly on the balcony for the time of year we visited. Host was exceptionally polite and helpful, limited English but this was not an issue. Amenities excellent in the room including water purifier. Daily housekeeping if you wanted. "My stay at the signiel was great. The hotel was beautiful The ambience was great. The only problem I had was the time limit for breakfast between six and 10am and the breakfast did not varies. It was the same every day although it was beautifully presented. There was also hidden fees for example, the use of the sauna, and any item within the refrigerator for a price per night one our both should’ve been free"

"The whole check-in process is a bit confusing if using 3rd party reservation sites as details are minimal. The reception desk is not on the main floor and buried down on the 5th basement level and you have to navigate multile halls to get to a specific bank of elevators. The checkout process should have been easy with a self check out machine but it kept giving an error when trying to deposit the rooms keys. It kept saying error and to go to the check in desk. "Friendly community, many clean and aesthetic communal spaces and amenities, large capsule bedroom with storage. Only issue was waiting for laundry :( The machine took hours to dry and long queue for only 2 machines"
