"It was very clean and much more than what we expected. We travel to Busan almost every month or even every week for work so it was a nice find. Maybe the only confusing part for us t was that we were given not exactly the same type of room shown in the photos. The one we stayed in was ideally nice and perfect but didn't have that extra bed room nor jacuzzi. Anyhow we didn't need them either so we'd be happy to be back any time we're in Busan!"

"We had a very pleasant stay here. The location was excellent, and the room was clean, well organised and very comfortable. The amenities provided were also great, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay was there. The check-in process was smooth and straightforward. It did take us a little while to work out where to find the English version of the information provided, so this could perhaps be made a little clearer for international guests. One other thing that would be helpful to mention upfront is that there is no daily housekeeping. This wasn’t a problem for us at all, as the team was very prompt whenever we needed replenishments such as coffee, toiletries, linen or water. However, knowing this in advance would help guests, particularly those travelling from overseas, know what to expect. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The room, comfort, cleanliness and location were all excellent, and we would happily stay here again."
