"An excellent stay, the room was perfect for a few days visit. Had everything I needed, bed was super comfy and pillows lovely. Only one slight issue was the walls and ceiling are quite thin, my upstairs neighbours were very loud at 1am and 3am which woke me up as they were crashing and banging around. Breakfast was great, the hotel has undergone a recent renovation and it is lovely. It’s graded 3* but it is far nicer than lots of 4* hotels I have stayed in around the world. Staff were so...

"Fantastic location in Pigalle. Close to Montmatre and Moulin Rouge. Great restaurants close by, good transport links. Room was exceptionally clean, 24 hour reception, decorated to a very high standard. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very nice cute hotel"

"The staff was lovely, and the room was nice. The hotel felt very safe as well and was in a good location."

"The welcoming and helpfulness of the front desk person was over the top. Spent 10 minutea orienting us on how to get around Paris as well as recommendations for dinner places. Great boutique hotel. Small rooms typical of this type of hotel. Beds are comfortable. Location can't be beat. They put out a nice breakfast that is extra but worth it. They have a great discount for nearby secure parking lot that is about a 7 min walk back to the hotel."

"Great little hotel and a good location and were able to get around the areas we wanted quite quickly. The staff at the front were fantastic. We looked forward to coming back to our hotel everyday to be greeted. Breakfast was not gourmet but it was good and just what we needed. The room was clean and we were fortunate enough to have a room with a view of the cathedral. Not an ultra modern five-star hotel, but a good clean small hotel. Great stuff. We enjoyed it."

"It was a stunning stay, I love the luxury minimalist decor & the relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend."

"We had a great stay at the Hoy. To start, we were allowed to drop our bags off early. When we came back at check in time we were given an upgraded room without even asking. The room was beautiful and had nice personal touches to it that I have not seen in other hotels such as a personal note and chocolates left on the bed for us, a fresh bottle of water and an exercise bar with a diagram of some stretches you could do. The room was very modern and spacious. The location was also great right in...

"You should allow guests to cancel their reservation when you are unable to provide hot water for basic needs such as showering. We arrived at the hotel around 10–11 PM and were only informed upon arrival that there was no hot water available. This is a basic amenity that guests reasonably expect when booking a room. What made the situation even worse was that we were not allowed to cancel our reservation, and no apology or accountability was offered. The staff’s attitude was extremely...

"Very lovely and helpful staff! Excellent location - quiet road, yet very conveniently located to various key sites. The room was modern and clean."

"Loved it!"

"This hotel is centrally located so much so that I was able to walk to many of the destinations I wanted to visit. But there’s also a few metro stations that are nearby. I really loved that the hotel was on a quiet street that had a couple of restaurants and shops. The room had enough space to spread out and didn’t feel cramped at all. This is probably one of the best places I’ve stayed in Paris and my trip was made all the more memorable because I had such a comfortable place to lay my head....

"Room is clean, bathroom is little outdated or just need deep cleaning. We stayed in the normal room and the one with Eiffel Tower view. The room size is the same except for the one with the view comes with a step out balcony where you can sit and drink coffee. The view looks exactly like the photo, the tower is small because we are far but still very nice to have at the price point. We had Expedia gold status and got a pair of boat ride tickets as complimentary activities. Note is that you have...

"The staff is very polite and professional. Our room was very small with room for a bed and small desk, but that’s Paris. The hotel is in a great location and very close to the metro."
