"My one star rating has nothing to do with the staff or quality of room. Charging a guest $10 a night just to park in basically a public lot. They didn't even take my vehicle info. This is a money grab and will end up costing this location valuable customers. I have stayed at this specific location for over 7 years when our family member was hospitalized at Duke Hospital. I hate to change, but this is just totally unacceptable….i demand reasonable value for where I spend my money! Hope they...

"Great short stay there. I got in late and the front desk agent, Sherise, checked me in quickly. She also gave me a great late dinner recommendation. The property was quiet and I felt safe."

"Our room did not receive housekeeping services during our stay. We had to request more linens due to this and they were never brought to us. Luckily, we found a housekeeper in the hallway and got the towels and washcloths that we needed."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at the Millennium Hotel Durham! The location was perfect—close to Duke University, restaurants, and shopping, making it incredibly convenient for our visit. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the indoor pool and fitness center were great amenities to have during our stay. The hotel has a beautiful lobby and a relaxing atmosphere that made us feel right at home....
