"Overall, the hotel has a nice aesthetic and a beautiful lobby, but unfortunately it didn’t live up to the price point. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and the layout was quite poor. The bathrooms were very small, one sink didn’t drain properly, and another was leaking — issues you wouldn’t expect at this level. There was also no kitchenette, which felt like a miss for a suite of this type. The a/c would blow right over the bed making it uncomfortable. Either too cold or too warm. The in-room amenities were underwhelming, with only decaf coffee provided. Parking was also excessively priced, and the valet service was inconsistent — sometimes quick, other times frustratingly slow. The on-site restaurant was another disappointment. The food and service didn’t match the premium pricing at all and felt subpar overall. While the property has its highlights, especially the lobby, the overall experience doesn’t justify the cost. "

"This specific property has 4 separate buildings that are significantly apart in distance. Their main office (building 1) was 8 blocks away from building 3 (where we stayed). They did not offer any type of transportation or shuttle to these other buildings, therefore we were forced to walk with our luggage to get there. There is not a pool at each building, therefore unless your room is at the property with the pool, it was another healthy walk to get there. Nearest shopping was nearly a mile away, so again, a healthy walk or $20 uber/lyft ride to get there. "

"I could not sleep the whole night because the vanity mirror would not go off talk about not resting all night and having no sleep. I call the front desk they sent the technician and he said he can’t turn it off I went in the morning and let the manager know she smiled and said yes it’s not supposed to turn off worst night would not ever visit this hotel again "

"This location was ideal for my stay in Sunny Isles. It doesn’t sit on the ocean, but the walk to the beach is an easy one. I used the fitness center daily, the pool at least once a day. Took advantage of the daily food and drink perks. And it was a safe and short walk to some of the best restaurants! I will likely choose this spot again next winter."
