"Gym is spacious but equipment is aged. Treadmill belt was skipping at higher speeds which is a safety issue, similar for both treadmills. Feedback to the hotel staff and they said they were aware of it, which shows it’s not a new occurrence. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel with large rooms, helpful staff and fantastic location."

"Positive Good location, accessible by BTS station. Near major shopping malls. Plenty of choices for food around the hotel. Spacious for a standard room and comes with basic amenities. Prompt and good hospitality service from the front desk, concierge, housekeeping and F&B team Negative Strong musky smell in the room, which causes an unpleasant stay when in the room"

"Staff were very helpful, pool is tropical and quite beautiful, bar and restaurant food was good as well. Location worked well for Asiatique with easy free boat service below the BTS. Also BTS is next door and only three stops away from the glass walk at top of King Power."

"From the time I walked in the staff was well dressed and very attentive. While I tried to get acclimated I used the room service to eat and I think the beef burger was better than most in the US. I took a massage and I was very happy with the professional manner and quality. I would recommend the Pipa Hotel to anyone that would like to stay in a central location."
