This time, really enjoyed the pure stream bath it was very warm and a comfortable place to chat with my husband. The food was delicious and healthy with many flavors and unlimited hokuriku rice! One staff member spoke excellent English, and even the Japanese-speaking staff were very helpful, assisting us by calling our next hotel in Kaga Onsen to arrange a pick-up bus. "Having travelled all my life, I’ve never had a hotel host as accommodating as Mitsunobu. Excellent restaurant reservations, bus reservations, personally drove us to the station because there weren’t taxis around in the rain. The hotel was great but Mitsu was amazing. "

"I have zero complaints! The staff were amazing, the property and area it's in were beautiful, and overall it really made our stay in Kanazawa special. I highly recommend this place. Just be warned that if you have any mobility issues, the stairs going upstairs are very steep. "

"This hotel is located in a side street with shops and "downtown" nearby. The downside is that it could be a bit far to carry your luggage to/from the closest bus and taxi drop off/pickup point. While they do help in sending your luggage forward (e.g. Yamato), there are free luggage storage lockers available for guests."
