The room was the largest room we stayed in during our trip to Japan. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed in the room. The location is fantastic! "Very Lively area. Nearby shops and train station East exit. I went there using Airport limousine but got the taxi to Nippori and then skyliner when going home. The receptionist area is very helpful and friendly especially when we went home. Helped us book a taxi since it was raining very hard. We got the room with breakfast at Denys."

"Our family experience at this hotel was amazing travelling from Canada. We had taken cruise in Asia and it ended in Tokyo. We were checking in at 3 o’clock, but the cruise landed at at 7 AM and our daughter wasn’t feeling well. Our intention was to just drop our bags at the hotel, have them hold them and check in later, but when I called and asked if there’s any opportunity to have a room right away, they gladly assisted and we had a room within 45 minutes. I was so grateful! All of the staff we interacted with was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating. The room was perfect. The amenities were wonderful and I really can’t say enough about the grounds and the beautiful gardens. I highly recommend this hotel to absolutely anyone!"
