The heat on the day was extreme and we found it difficult to cool down the camp despite having all windows and door open. We stayed in the budget 2 bedroom self contained cottage and although old it was the perfect choice for us and excellent value for money. I thought we would be really cold but there were heaps of blankets and more than enough heaters to go round. Great spot to set yourself up in for access to Cardrona and the Snow Farm.
