"The rooms are amazingly quiet for a very busy hotel in the heart of time square. I would say the hotel is extremely busy. We arrived at midnight to check in and queued for 35 minutes! Same at check out. Aside from the it was in a great location and a peaceful oasis from the hectic outside!"
