My wife and daughter loved the stay. I was under the impression through my reservation that my card would be charged at the time of reservation. Through all receipts it says it was charged and the hotel charged the room total to my wife’s card used for incidentals.

Lotte New York Palace
Our room was very nice and the staff was quite helpful. 2 suggestions: More tables and chairs are needed in the main meeting area on the lobby floor. Also, more than two small complimentary bottles of water should be placed in the hotel rooms when guests are spending more than one night. Thank you! ...
