"We booked this hotel to be near Emma Bridgewater and had never stayed in a Hilton Garden Inn before. We were delighted with the room - larger and much lighter than Premier Inn rooms, larger bathroom, good quality toiletries and very friendly staff. Will definitely look out for this chain in preference to Premier Inns in future! "
"I liked this hotel very much. It was warm and welcoming and the staff were friendly and very helpful if you needed anything.
The breakfast was amazing, fresh and cooked to perfection. The bar meals were very good to and all reasonably priced. I would most definitely stay here again as it felt like one big happy and homely place to stay. Would recommend it to all friends and family. "

"I made a late booking, the hosts were very accommodating throughout the duration of my stay yet. The room gave nice independence. Good WiFi and had everything that I needed.

"We were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. "
"So i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!"
"The accomodation was not as advertised. It was so bad we had to book alternative accomodation elsewhere. So far we have no way of seeking a refund, so we do not recommend Hotels.com to anyone ever! "
