The hotel is super modern, the staff are so lovely and friendly. The rooms are very clean, spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious, lots of choice and all hot which is sometimes hard to come by a hotel breakfast buffets.

Fantastic place to stay. Very quiet and lovely room. Only complaint was my bed. We had a twin room. My friend said her bed was comfortable and one of the best night sleeps she'd had. My bed was the opposite. I woke up with an extremely sore back. The bed was not comfortable at all. I mentioned this when we checked out.

Have stayed there at least 5-6 times in the last 4 years (and I stay there for 8-10 days at a time). It’s my go-to when I’m in the area. Property is great, features are good, great transportation access, good staff. Now that I’ve stayed a few times the (very) little things start to bother me. They could do with upgrading the in-room TV entertainment experience, and I’m noticing the room cleaning is starting to slip a bit (carpets with old stains, non working secondary lights etc.). Just small stuff, but worth addressing to keep up a high standard.

Welcoming staff, the room was great with a relaxing view of the country park. Hardly any noise heard, which is always good. Good breakfast selection. Also, accessible disabled parking and all areas were accessible.

Beautiful hotel, clean, pleasant staff and very spacious. Rooms very comfortable and modern and it is situated on the campus of Keele University. We arrived pretty late as had been at an event during the day and were up early the next morning. Would definitely stay here again as the hotel has lots to offer. Managed a great sleep and the breakfast was great also. Staff brilliant at breakfast as well with my son's milk allergy, explained and checked everything and even go us some dairy alternative milks from the kitchen. The bar area looked great and there was a small gym too, unfortunately due to timings we didnt get to sample either which was a shame. All in all, very good stay!!
