โรงแรมและที่พักในนิวมิดเดิลทาวน์

"This was my first trip traveling alone with my kids and the staff was so kind and helpful with information during breakfast and getting us extra supplies during our stay."

"No hot water, elevator doors shake like crazy , front door smelled strongly like smoke , no WiFi, no smart tv in room, room did not get serviced stayed 2 days no fresh towels"

"The staff was very pleasant and breakfast was good with a lot of options but we just couldn’t overlook the room. The towel rack in the bathroom was badly rusted and disgusting. The entire room smelled musty, not sure if it was the carpet or the dated fabric chair or maybe both but my allergies were insane and it smelled bad. We ended up leaving a couple days earlier than planned."

"Staff and rooms very nice"

"Clean room nice breakfast"

"Clean room"

"Checked in at 4 on a Saturday and there was only one desk clerk. Brittany was awesome but was drowning as she was by herself. Cleaning staff didn’t have the rooms ready for not just us but multiple others. We didn’t get into our room until an hour after arriving at the hotel. When booking, a bar was listed as an amenity. It is not open. There is a little bar behind the hotel called Ott’s. If you want a beverage locally check them out."

"The property was fine because I only stayed overnight. The breakfast offered was great. I felt safe. The down size was there was not enough towels and they couldn’t offer extra trash bags"
