The Hotel was alittle outdated but the rooms were clean breakfast was great but really what may our stay great was the Staff very helpful and polite and we parked our Car for a week while flying to Destin Fl the parking was 9.95 a day cheaper than the airport and they shuttle us to the airport which was great. Shuttle is 24 hrs a day. We stayed there Oct 5th and returned on Oct 12 to pick up our car.

Polite staff. Swimming pool closed for maintenance, but we were able to use the pool at a neighbouring hotel. I know it is a hotel near the airport and we have stayed here before, but it felt noisier, this time. O

The breakfast was extra good here, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom definitely needs updating as it was not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel.

The breakfast was good! The shuttle brought us to almost anywhere we wanted to go. Our daughter lost her wallet in the pull out sofa bed and the staff/housekeeping went above and beyond to help us find it 2 days after we left. Parking was great. Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious.

Greeted by extremely friendly staff and checked right in! Took a dip in the pool and loved the spacious room! Even though we were only there one night it was the perfect spot - breakfast was fresh and stocked to enjoy before we hit the road again! Thank you for a great night’s stay

So close to airport and 24 hour shuttle available so no worries about a very early flight. Staff was nice and answered any questions. Only thing i would suggest is for hotel to have milk to purchase for small children.

My flight was unexpectedly canceled, and I needed a place to stay for the night. The hotel was able to accommodate me on short notice, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful during a stressful situation. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed to rest before continuing my travels. Thank you for making an unexpected delay much easier. I highly recommend this hotel!

Check in was a breeze and the staff was wonderful. I've called ahead of time to request a first floor room and Gloria handled it immediately. Upon check-in, Jen was awesome! We had a special circumstance regarding parking and she took charge immediately, which was such a relief. The only "con" with our whole stay, was that the carpet in our room needed cleaning. Otherwise, all was great. See you again next year!
