"When I checked in my remote control didn’t work and it took multiple calls before they actually got the remote working for the tv. The next morning I woke up and the lights in the bathroom and over the sink didn’t work. I called again multiple times and no one came to fix it. I had to take a shower in the dark and after going downstairs to ask what was taking so long they say they never received a call from me. It took all day to get my lights working and when it was time to check out I ask for a reimbursement on my upgraded room and they said they didn’t have any records of my issues with my rooom and refused to compensate me for the problems I had in the “upgraded” room even though I took a video of the lights not working. They finally only reimbursed only 1 night of the resort fee. "

"The main elevators had one working only for the entire weekend, which was horrible and slow. Secondly, there were signs out about the parking structure being cleaned on certain floors but no soecifics and no one there knew about it. So there was a lot of stress about moving our cars."
