This is a nice property I like the location being slightly off of the strip, but very close to all the action. I like the modern design and the cleanliness of the rooms parking was convenient, but unfortunately, at a cost all in all it was a good stay.

Great hotel, room, halls bathroom and hotel elevator were nice and clean, the lighting and modernity are amazing. The staff were all friendly and the in hotel amenities + food and drinks are spectacular. There was only one negative thing that was the parking lot elevator, it sort of smells.

I’m going to start at the best and that was the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful and polite. A standout employee was Lauren, at the front desk. From the moment we arrived she was terrific. Super friendly and helpful, willing to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was great. She treated us with a smile and asked about our day, even if we were not in need of assistance- I had to ask if she was always working, because she seemed to be there at all hours of the day and night. Food, a little high priced, but large portions. Property still fairly new and looks it. Someone described it as IKEA hotel, and I agree with the description. For being newer, I was surprised that many of the towels were stained or worn through, some were different brands and seemed a little more typical hotel and some seemed very cheap. Housekeeping is every three days unless you request something, and we were there for a weekend stay, so not able to comment on them (still friendly and helpful in when seen).

This was a gorgeous hotel to stay at I had no problem with the staff or checking in everything went smooth on that part the problem me and my family had was sleeping there was kids crying someone next door having a party if you are looking for a place to settle down to sleep , I wouldn’t recommend this place there was lots of commotion .

Communication amongst staff members and clarification on the property’s services and amenities is in need of some improvement. I tried for days to book a cabana for my trip and got the run around. Was told someone would reach out regarding my request and no one ever did. My only other complaint would be that the hotel was unfortunately very noisy due to extremely thin walls and floors. I could clearly hear guests walking, talking, doors closing, and movement from surrounding rooms and hallways throughout the stay. The lack of soundproofing made it difficult to sleep or enjoy a peaceful environment. The amazing customer services from the staff, the amenities, cleanliness and entertainment were top tier and outweighed all the bad. The day and evening staff was extremely impactful and helpful during my stay. I travelled for my birthday and was delivered snacks, a birthday card and a bottle of prosecco to my room which was extremely satisfying. I also needed help with an outfit one evening and one of the front desk stay was very polite and patient when asked to assist. Thank you all. My trip overall was amazing.

Ive stayed twice now at the AC hotel at Symphony Park, and extremely happy with this location the genuinely friendly & professional staff, the impeccable, upkeep and design of the property. It has a great restaurant lounge with excellent menu menu items at comfortably fair prices.I will definitely be staying here for future Las Vegas Vegas visits.
