My partner and I were looking for an old-school downtown Las Vegas experience and The Golden Nugget delivered! The room was clean, the location is perfect, and having Chick-fil-a and Starbucks at the foot of the elevator was incredibly convenient.

Absolutely hated checking in at a kiosk. One member was there and she showed us what to do but we had questions and she was too busy helping other guests. Staff were not friendly at all. Asked for directions at the hotel registration lobby and 3 different staff members sent me and my husband 3 different ways. Very friendly and helpful valet helped us find our way finally. Our room was hot and I put it all the way to 60 degrees and it was still hot. AC was very noisy even with provided ear plugs. Did not sleep well all 3 nights. Liked that there’s a Starbucks and a Chic-fil-A inside the hotel. Had an issue checking out, others did too, staff member won’t come out of the desk to answer questions, just yelled at us on what to do. Did not ask for room service but got fresh towels from a very friendly housekeeper.
