"There was plenty of room for our family and a lot of amenities. The only downside was that our apartment faced the back of a neighborhood, and the view was less than desirable, as the building faced people’s balconies. We saw laundry hanging from balconies, and the view was not appealing at all. I felt like I was in a fish bowl. "
"The Four Points Sheraton at Diagonal was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The Nespresso was an added bonus. Situated in a a quiet, yet accessible area, it made our stay in Barcelona enjoyable. Walking distance from many amenities and local eateries, we highly recommend it! And, make sure to look out the window for an unexpected view of the Sagrada Familia. "

From the start Marina at reception was amazing, such positive energy and so professional. Really helped us feel welcome and supported during our stay.
Amman at reception was equally as helpful and very kind with our requests and tried to accommodate us.
At the rooftop bar/lounge Leo was awesome with so much energy and so fun. He makes amazing Mojitos and was very welcoming and hospitable.
Overall the rooms were comfortable, clean, no sign of aging and...
