"The staff was amazing. However the hotel IS NOT a 3 stars as it’s offered in Booking and Hotels.com. It has no stars denomination. The place was dirty and the towels and sheets were ripped. There was not a place to get coffee or tea and I was glad a restaurant near by lent me a cup so I could have am water warm at the microwave in the lobby after requesting the staff for help. The staff is amazing but that’s about it. "

"The hotel is located in a very convenient area. You can find restaurants, bar, theatre and parks very close by. Love the hotel, it has a rooftop pool, a gym and two restaurants. The staff is very attentive and polite. Main attractions are in walking distance. I will highly recommend this hotel."

"Easy check-in. Nicely located in Roma Norte, close to shops and attractions but on a quiet street. Staff were nice and accommodating. We requested a clean up for 1 day - it was decent. However, when we came back our pinpad was not functional. We immediately notified the front desk and they addressed the issue quickly. Overall a very lovely stay; the amenities were great. "My room was very clean and nice looking. The king bed was very comfortable, and their breakfast buffet was delicious and excellent value. "

"Older hotel. AC dost work well. With that said they brought fan that worked good and maintenance staff did everything they could. From check intel check out staff was 100%. We ate most of our meals at the restaurants and food was very good. What makes this average hotel into an excellent hotel is the service in the staff. They’re very well trained and super nice people."
