Better than expected that’s all I can say. Staff were pretty nice and kind, room was very clean, they have hot water and all the stuff that you need to make yourself home, they even have coffee and tea! There’s no dryer but that’s expected. 10/10 experience, will 100% go again.

Rooms look just like the pictures. The only thing is that cleaning is by request. If you run out of toilet paper, you have to ask the front desk. The front desk isn’t always available but someone is there from 9-4 pm. But I love how safe the property is and how there’s 24 is security. Would come back to stay the next time I’m in CDMX

Best price for experience! In the best area, note that CDMX is a bit dusty but that’s not on them. Also did like the fact that we had complete privacy and no one came to the room to clean and move our stuff around. More of an apartment energy and could’ve stayed longer. Great stay. The neighborhood was safe and so much to do and eat walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The decor was adorable and comfy. The only one thing to keep in mind is the noise level is high. They do provide ear plugs and i definitely used them! All else was perfect.

Great stay for couples

Great stay! Very spacious, nicely renovated apartment room. Only complaints are that the shower water turns cold quick at times, so I don’t suggest back to back showers. The walls are thin, so you can hear movement upstairs and the morning rush hour traffic - they provide ear plugs to help.

Very nice apartments good size with a kitchen. Very good location. They could do more to make it look more cared for. Lots of dead plants coming onto the floors where the apartments are. We have stayed twice.
