This was my second time staying here, great location, very nice staff. Basic room, clearly family friendly. If you are noise sensitive it can get loud but that’s not something I am too worried about. Best shower water pressure out of any place I’ve stayed in Mexico City!

The hotel is really in a perfect area! It was very accessible to everything a tourist might want to go to do. The staff were amazing and courteous very helpful with everything we needed. Only thing is the beds a rock hard so the first night was a little rough to get use to but after that our stay was perfect. Would highly recommended.

This is a battered, seemingly barely functioning hotel from the exterior. However, it is secure, the staff are great and if you are ok with old rooms, furnishings, bedding etc., it's clean and great value. The place looks almost abandoned and under construction as you walk through it, but again, my room was clean. Beds were a little hard but ok overall. Everything was old but worked fine. It's at the south end of Roma Norte so you have access to Roma Norte overall. The area around it is ok, and fine for Mexico City at night. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean. The people were very nice. It's older and not modernized but the beds, the shower, and the people were all very good. Excellent value, felt very comfortable and welcoming during a three day stay. I would definitely go back. It's a great location and ideal for an easy going budget conscious person. Lots of food and amenities, including 24 hour tacos, hipster zones, the major hospitals, multiple metro stations all at the doorstep basically.

At the price paid, the hotel was perfect. Room was clean, secure and was serviced daily. Staff were very friendly and happy to accommodate a few changes we asked for. Front desk was always staffed. The location was great with easy transport links wherever we needed to go. Not too loud. Warm showers. Comfy bed. Overall, a great trip and would recommend to anyone visiting the city.

The hotel is not the best, the pictures do not do a very good job of showing you that the bathroom is all in one, there is no separation between the toilet shower and sink, so everything literally gets wet every time you shower. The staff is super rude, sarcastic and chuckles every time we asked a question. When I brought up the situation with the shower and everything getting wet, the response was "thats not my problem, you should've checked the pictures better or gotten a bigger room" when I showed him the pictures from the listing showing that the bathroom photographed has a separate shower area his response was "well I didn't upload the photos, that's not my problem". Then to top off all the chaos, they have loud construction workers all day up until 8PM because they are remodeling. No where did they mention that they were remodeling, so all day you hear drilling, hammers, etc. All the hotels nearby were booked and we unfortunately had no other nearby accommodations. We will definitely not be staying here again.

Our room was covered in roaches, the drain smelled, no shampoo... We left after one night and didn't even bother asking for a refund, we just wanted to get out of there. Honestly, if it weren't for that, it would have been a perfectly fine, no frills stay. It's a bit dated, but it's in a good location and if it weren't for all the bugs it would have been a good budget stay.

The bed was super uncomfortable and the fire alarm kept going off every day due to a battery issue. The shower doesn’t drain very well so you’re left for the pool of water in the bathroom when you’re trying to go to the bathroom the next day.

The room had bugs and roaches, the staff at the front desk was not welcoming. Based on the entire vibe of the place I couldn’t sleep more than a couple hours. I only slept a couple hours and booked a different place. This place shouldn’t even be recommended by Expedia.

Estuve en una estancia de 9 noches. La limpieza fue buena y el trato muy cordial Buena ubicación fácil acceso a restaurantes, parques,actividades y medios de transporte público, areas comunes bien, máquinas de snacks, agua caliente, aunque las habitaciones no cuentan con a/c está agradable la temperatura y hasta hacía frío, TV plasma, closet espacioso, parking bajo techo y wifi incluido. 🙌✈️. Sugerencias para mejoras al hotel Área para lavandería, y cerraduras exteriores para mejor seguridad aunque no tuve ningún inconveniente con la seguridad pero puede mejorarse. Feliz estancia para cuando visiten CDMX 🇲🇽❤️💋

en mi habitación que fue en el primer piso sólo había una conexión la de la televisión únicamente, el ruido de la calle es demasiado no dejaban dormir. El abastecimiento y presión del agua es muy bueno, la luz es estable. Hay un señor que está en recepción que no es tan amable que digamos yni sirven las teclas de la terminal bloquee mi tarjeta porque ni siquiera se ve lo que estás presionando
