"Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either."

"The room is very cleaned and well detailed. Staff is terrific. Very polite and manners. Breakfast was terrible for me. I had liver and curry chicken which was horrible. I'm a Jamaican and i expected the meat to be well seasoned. I gave the Breakfast a 1 and it was because of mu server. Overall I'll definitely go back there. This is my honest reviews. "

"I stayed at S Hotel Kingston for my birthday and the service was immaculate from start to finish. Akeem handled our room service and he was so pleasant and professional. Checking in was a breeze, and the staff member who took my breakfast room service order was wonderful she even offered a complimentary fruit plate, which made the experience feel even more thoughtful and special. "Ms Jodi and Mr Jerry were the most gracious hosts. They were only a phone call away and ready to help. They had a poster board with a list of local shopping and site seeing sites. We shopped for our groceries and cooked our own meals. Our space felt so comfortable we were able to focus on our trip without the stress of worrying about being in cramped spaces or being a bother to others. "Shirley Retreat Hotel was super clean and accommodating. My son and I was able to rest good the beds slept well and the rooms are super spacious. We were there for a tennis tournament and it is positioned near some good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely rebook upon my return."

The front door was sticking. there was a little problem starting the clothes washer. All else worked. treadmill was broken. their workout space needed updating. AC was in the living room only. None in the bedroom.. The AC had some impact in the bedroom. Could see some mountain view."
