The check in clerk was not the most friendly and was more rigid than was necessary? But the other staff and their friendly attitude made up for and feelings I had about the start of the encounter. "Central, very clean and just like the photos. We had a little issue with the guard not letting in a guest because he refused to turn down the loud music but other than that it was very good staying at the apartment cannot blame the guard either."

"Best value for money in Kingston. Safe, clean apartment with everything you need for self-catering and great air-conditioning and wi-fi. So close to the US Embassy, our trip went smoothly. Only issue is that check-in is very late and check-out is very early."

"My overall trip was good. I have stayed at the Terra Nova on several occasions and it had always been immaculate, however I noticed a few flaws on this trip. The window curtains had a few ring top hooks missing which caused some parts of the curtains to hang loose preventing full closure. Some of the chairs in the lobby could use some upholstering and the pool is never available for the guests to use because there’s always a private function taking place on property. Otherwise a good stay. "
