Reception check in check out by kiosk but if you have some questions better knows Japanese. Tuvalet is really small not comfortable. There is convenience store open late time really useful, maybe 24 Im not sure. But close to Naritasan Shinshoji Temple spouse to see."

"Breakfast was great, lots of selection. Our first night we ended up having to move rooms as something was wrong with the vent and it was very loud. Staff were lovely gave us keys to the new room and allowed us to move our things the next morning. Pool and hot tub were good. Room itself was okay not the cleanest but not too bad. We did book a non-smoking room but there was still a bit of a smoke smell. Something not mentioned is there is a free shuttle to the train station which is great. "

"Staff were lovely. Did not end up staying the night. Got to the room which was very dirty and outdated, and left. Staff were nice and offered full refund. Also be aware the public bath is 700yen which is not mentioned in the property details section but in fine print at the bottom. I would not recommend this hotel the whole wing we were placed in was old and dirty. "
