"Beautiful hotel. I recommend getting the lower floors so you don’t have to wait for the elevator or walk up the stairs to the top two floors. . I had a room on the same level as the pool and breakfast area. Fantastic in the low season as the beach was not packed. Very good room service food. Breakfast normal. The staff were very friendly."

"The room was comfortable and spacious. We did have to switch rooms due to construction noise and dust starting early in the morning. I requested they move us to the opposite side of property and it was much better. The free shuttle to Promtep was a lovely add-on. "It was a neat experience! The tent was large and comfortable equipped with a giant fan and plenty of electrical outlets (via extension cord) for device charging. Neighbors were polite and were quiet. The restaurant is nice and the menu is large and varied. All the staff were super friendly. Very short drive to stores and restaurants"
