Et le personnel, je serais toujours reconnaissante de leur acceuil et de leur support. Nous avons eu un accident avec notre auto de location et comme nous ne parlions pas japonais, cetait tres difficile. Le personnel sur place nous a aide tout au long du processus et sest assuré que nous soyons rassuré et en securite. "

"とても綺麗で家族皆満足でした
サウナも快適であいにくの天気でしたが皆楽しむことができました
難点は サウナへのアクセスは出入り口の段差が大きく不便 足場があればサンダルも置けてベターに感じます
また 調理器具は一見綺麗ですがフッ素加工などがなくなっていてすぐに焦げ付きました 電波が悪いからかヘルプセンターの声は聞き取ることが困難でした ガウンなどは無いので寝る時はパジャマなどが必要です
ただ とても綺麗で雰囲気がいいヴィラです
日本の国内でこのクオリティはあまり見かけないのでまた機会があれば泊まりたいです"

"We loved the privacy. That is what you’re paying for here. You are completely away from the world in this little tropical dream. The pool was amazing. We also liked snorkeling at blue cave and didn’t mind that it seems to be used for tour guides. I felt better being in the ocean with a few people around. Then back to the solitude of our house. "Great place to stay in Ishigaki. The pool, spa, and shop were all quite convenient and the hotel is walking distance to the port, shops, and restaurants. My only complaint is that the hotel brings in very large tour groups and so it was always quite busy in common areas."
