"Excellent emplacement, mais chambres très petites et trop chaudes l’été Très bon hôtel pour visiter Séoul grâce à son emplacement pratique. Le déjeuner est varié et les chambres sont fonctionnelles, mais elles sont très petites, particulièrement pour trois personnes avec des valises. La salle de bain est elle aussi minuscule. Les lits simples sont de « taille asiatique »: à peu près la largeur des épaules d’une femme canadienne de 5 pi 6 po de corpulence moyenne. Le principal point négatif est la température. La chambre est autour de 23 °C au départ, mais dès que plusieurs personnes s’y trouvent, elle monte facilement à 25 °C. Les journées ensoleillées, il est pratiquement impératif de garder les rideaux fermés pour limiter la chaleur, et il n’y a pas de véritables rideaux occultants. Des ventilateurs sont disponibles, mais je choisirais un autre hôtel en plein été, particulièrement durant les périodes de chaleur accablante. À Séoul, la chaleur peut être prise très au sérieux: on voit des affiches invitant les gens à se mettre au frais pendant les canicules, et même certains palais et temples réduisent la durée des visites guidées lors des grandes chaleurs. Dans ce contexte, ne pas pouvoir réellement rafraîchir sa chambre devient un irritant important. La chambre comprend un petit espace garde-robe ouvert, un mini-frigo avec petit compartiment congélateur, et des distributeurs d’eau sont accessibles. "I had a fantastic three night stay at this property. The executive level room was perfect - the breakfast buffet came in so handy and the food was absolutely delicious. Happy hour in the executive lounge was also so wonderful to have when I didn't have the energy to go outside and explore - and the views of the city were incredible. I really enjoyed the outdoor pool and pool deck time, although was disappointed that it wasn't integrated with the rooftop bar. They are also very strict about the time limits on the pool The gym was well appointed and I made use of it several times - excellent selection of weights and cardio machines. The room itself was incredible - blackout blinds and perfectly silent rooms made sleeping easy. The giant bathtub was such a wonderful perk and I used it as much as I could. Only a 10 minute taxi to Seoul Station and well situated to access transit routes as well. Would definitely stay here again."

"Room was clean enough. Shampoo conditioner & body wash supplied. Use of chargers if needed Not a great but was sufficient Breakfast was bread, sachets of butter & strawberry jam. Coffee machine ok but no tea. Cheese slices for I’m not sure what. Corn flakes & choc cereal with milk. Packet noodles. Overall just passable. Unstaffed till about 10am & cheakin not til 6pm a bit annoying."

"One elevator from ground floor to hotel lobby on the 5 th floor was disabled. It was not quickly fixed. Very slow and with groups of people too numerous to fit in the car. So, it took 2 or 3, trips to get upstairs to the lobby. This is more a reflection on the building owner rather than the hotel. Breakfast was well worth the cost. Good selection. Food presented well. Tons of selection."

"We had a wonderful stay! Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Every staff member we met was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that everyone in our family enjoyed. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!"
