"No pool"

"This hotel is in dire need of updates in rooms. Carpets are dirty, wallpaper is peeling in bathrooms and there is mold. There was no cable (so no TV) for the whole time I was there and no ETA on repairs when reported to front desk. I was so disappointed as this is a Hilton property. They can do better."

"The property is outdated and needs renovation. The security features like the entrances, elevators, and common area doors were supposed to require the room key to be unlocked, but they were completely unlocked and easily accessible for anyone from the outside. Every floor had an ice machine, but no water available for the guests. The pool was outdated and dirty with construction debris. It looks like the hotel was in a great condition in the past, but the general condition has been deteriorating overtime."

"The room was immaculate. The size of the room was great specially the bathroom. The amenities were great too. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My stay was an overall great experience and I enjoyed my time. I will definitely be back."

Until This Stay at an Extended Stay Hotel, I never even imagined that such stay could be as welcomed and satisfying as This one. After nearly 4 Decades away, I am returning to My hometown to a new residence to enjoy my much deserved retirement. From initial check-in throughout my fulfillment of my 2-Night Stay, It has been a true pleasure. In fact, not wishing to be rushed to move into My newest home, I decided to stay an additional 4 Nights. From Tosha, The Manager, to Alisia & Ozonne at the Front Desk, Misty & Yoselin in Housekeeping and Saschu in Maintenance, The Customer Service is Truly 2nd to None. If I had been as respected and admired by my many employees over the years as Tosha is by those she directly supervises, I would be a very satisfied person! If you are planning on an extended visit to enjoy the area Beaches, the St. Johns River, St. Augustine &/or Our Hometown Jacksonville Jaguars, You really should do yourself a favor and consider This Property. "

"Easy check-in and clean facilities. The room was amazing and everything I needed for my quick trip."

"The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am."

"The black gentleman that made those grits! If you know you know.. They were the best grits we’ve eaten. Everything was excellent! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else while in Duval!"
