"If you are looking for a vibrant nightlife area, this hotel is perfect for you! Close to the metro, shopping, bars and restaurants you can easily find what you are looking for. If you wish a quieter venue, request a room which does not face the main street. The breakfast buffet was excellent, the staff most welcoming and helpful with whatever you may need. "The surrounding area is not the best area. After all, it’s located right near the train station and it’s what you’d expect to see around train stations. That said, this hotel appears most attractive in the area. It was clean, lots of natural lights and comfortable inside of the room. My room was sufficient for one person; my room had a separate toilet room which was nice. Staff was sweet and friendly. I made a phone call for me when I had to call a local shop for something. In one morning, I asked for more instant coffee packs and the person who seemed like a manager took me into a hotel restaurant and allowed me to get a cup of coffee from the coffee machine which was what I exactly needed at the moment. If you’re traveling in and out of the train station, I recommend this hotel. "

"This was our first time at this hotel and our stay was excellent. The hotel is fabulous and the Decor is beautiful. The hotel is immaculate throughout and our spacious room was spotless. The hotel is very well staffed and each member was polite and helpful. The breakfast was plentiful and full of delicious choices. The breakfast room was spotless and spacious. As a wheelchair user I found the hotel to be very accessible and the staff very helpful. Likewise my room was very accessible. I couldn't fault this beautiful hotel and I would highly recommend it."

"I really want to give this place a great rating, but unfortunately I can't. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We felt very welcomed. However, the room was so small. There was no air conditioning. One of our beds leaned to the right. They did not have ice, although they have an ice machine, and the breakfast was not very good. We also had bugs in our bathroom. The wifi was spotty, and the hotel was really not within walking distance to the main tourist attractions as we thought. Sorry Hotel Roubaix, but thank you for the welcome."

"This hotel is in a great location. So close to the Louvre and other attraction. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and well appointed. They were renovating during the day, and the staff pre-apologized for any inconvenience, but there was never really any inconvenience. We used the pull out couch bed and it was comfortable. Very positive stay."
