"everything was amazing. location. security as well as the helpfulness of the staff. just remember though, if you stay more than 3 days, housekeeping WILL come into your room to tidy and there is NO sign saying Do Not Disturb or NO CLEAN. just be prepared for that."

"Location is amazing in the mist of shinjuku! Lots to do around, you would not be bored here. Bath amenities are superb!! The only thing is there’s no lobby, like the check in area is just a desk with a table? Weird front desk, no sense of arrival whatsoever. There’s staff around the front desk area but only appear if you need help? That was kind of odd. Other than that great building lots to do eat with the tower and lively neighborhood. I would stay here again!"

"Great location, within the Sunshine City shopping centre. Close to station and close to other shopping centres. Great food in the area also. Very clean and spacious room for 3 single beds. Staff are quick and efficient in helping with luggage delivery and storage and checkin and checkout. Main thing that was convenient was a Familymart just downstairs next to the hotel lifts. Totally recommend for a family stay."

"The fact that I stayed at the SUNROUTE twice on this trip should tell you it’s a very good hotel. Convenient to Shinjuku and great stop on limousine bus . Lots in the area including central shinjuku and shopping and train stations. Breakfast wide variety towards Japanese end. Prefer the double room vs economy single since more room to open luggage. Great lobby amenities. Will be back for sure !"
