"Get to the breakfast at 6am, it’s supposed to go to 9 but the employee started to clean up and turn off the heat at 8"

"Bath room was a little gross. Tubs have rust on them. Rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. I wasn't told until after I left that there was an additional charge for parking. A lot of college kids used the same lot so I ended up having to park close to the highway, several hundred feet away from the hotel."

"We arrived early and was just going to wait. The front desk lady who was sitting in the lobby on her phone says,” We don’t have any rooms cleaned.” I told her that was ok as we were early and know check in is at three. She then said,” I don’t know if we will have any rooms cleaned at three.” I told her well I booked two rooms and left it at that. We waited, me and seven kids. We did get our rooms but her attitude was irritation of us just being there. Location was on the highway and not in a good part of town. The rest of the staff were very kind ; especially the morning man who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was hot, room was clean. Shower head was partially clogged. I would stay again but hopefully not run into her again."

"The room had leftover toothpicks and trash in the floor. Tv didn’t work no coffee but a coffee maker. And the bed was so hard and every movement made it rock like a ship on waves . Great pillows though"

"The shower curtains had spots of black mold on them. The duvets had stains on them as if they didn’t even wash them. The wash rags looked dirty hotels use white so they can bleach these things but this hotel apparently does not. There is an older short lady with glasses that is very rude but the other staff members were very pleasant. The breakfast was not cooked thoroughly. This scrambled eggs, of course come in a bag, but they just dumped them in there with the crap ton of water still in the pan. The sausage always looked raw and the potatoes were always hard."
