The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. Conveniently located neat Texas Tech. Breakfast could ge spriced up, but we weren't really there for that, so no big deal. I would stay again.

The facilities were clean. The breakfast was mediocre, almost awful. The lamps in the room (as per front office) had had electric surges that had not been fixed so they were unusable

Spacious room with a view of Raider Stadium!

Huge rooms plenty of space for a family. Could easily sleep six and the room has a full kitchen. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast was good.

We had a great time! We stayed her to say our farewell to our daughter serving in the Air Force, heading to South Korea. The staff was great! We had most of the family in the lobby playing cards and games due to the snow that day. We made the best of it! Breakfast staff is amazing!

Room was clean, front desk guy wasn’t the greatest

Our room was not ready at time of check in, at 3. First we were told it would be 30 minutes then it turned into an hour and a half when we had an event to go to so we literally had to curl/straighten hair in the lobby and change in the bathroom. We were not offered late checkout or anything else for inconvenience. Over was clean and breakfast crew was amazing.
