Booked a handicap accessible room. Online, it did not say pets allowed in that type of room. When we arrived, we were switched to a nonhandicap room. Pet hair was on the carpet by the bed, and my daughter and I woke up with an allergic reaction. Told the manager in the morning; she was very unphased by it. She said pets are allowed in all the rooms so it should have said that on the handicap accessible rooms as well.
Also not a good place to stay for any privacy within the room. We have older kids, and there are large gaps in the wall that joins the bathroom to the bedroom, so you cam actually see in where the shower area is. Anything happening in the bathroom carries into the bedroom, i.e. lights, sounds, smells, steam, etc. Manager said this is their "loft concept".
Lastly, they didn't give us a towel for each person in our family, and the shower door did not stay shut, leaking water out on the floor.
